+WHAT ARE SPACE’S BOX OFFICE HOURS? CAN I BUY TICKETS IN-PERSON?
Visit the Space box office on-site at the venue (1245 Chicago Ave.) on show nights from 5PM until 9PM to purchase no-fee tickets. During Out of Space weekends, OOS tickets will only be available for purchase at festival gates. We may not be able to accommodate ticket sales during peak show check-in times, so please plan your trip accordingly. We strongly recommend that guests secure tickets to a show by purchasing them online at evanstonspacemusic.com. All shows can be accessed via the homepage.
TicketWeb is the official ticketing provider for Space. Space cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through platforms other than TicketWeb, nor is the venue responsible for losses due to scalped or invalid tickets. Check our weekly email and social media channels for pop-up box office hours and locations.

+WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A RESERVED TABLE SEAT, GA SEAT, AND GA LIMITED SEAT?
Please note that not all tickets guarantee seats. Seating varies show by show, so pay attention to the event listing and the description of the seating level when purchasing. Descriptions are clearly marked under the ticket type on TicketWeb.
A seating chart can be viewed on most ticketing pages. (Note: the layout and number of seats may change depending on the show’s production needs.)
Reserved Table Seat: Guarantees one seat at a cabaret table. Every individual in your party needs a ticket in that section in order to sit at your table. If you see only 1 ticket in the dropdown via TicketWeb, only 1 ticket remains for that table.
Tables in the front row (11-15) seat 5 individuals. If you purchased less than 5 seats, you will likely be sharing a table with other patrons. Tables in the back four rows (21-45) seat 4 individuals. Table seats are held until one hour after the start time of the show. Even though your seat has a letter assigned to it, all seats at your specific reserved table number are first-come, first-served.
GA Limited Seating: Ticket guarantees access to the concert, but does not guarantee a seat. Seating is available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis. If seating is absolutely necessary, please purchase a reserved table seat.
GA Seated: Guarantees a chair, but do not include a table. Seats for this section are generally located on the sides of the room. Seats for GA Seated ticket holders are guaranteed until showtime.
**GA Dance Floor or Standing Room Only: **Absolutely no seating. Please do not purchase a ticket in these sections if you will be unable to stand for the duration of the show.
ADA Seated: ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) seats are exclusively reserved for those who have a medical / physical requirement to be seated during a show, or otherwise qualify for ADA accomodation. Please visit beta.ada.gov to see if you qualify.
For ADA accessibility, please scroll down to view our ADA Accommodations section or email boxoffice@evanstonspacemusic.com to request your reserved ADA seating.

+DO YOU KEEP WAITLISTS FOR SOLD OUT SHOWS?
If a show is listed as SOLD OUT on our website, we will likely not be releasing more tickets. We do not keep a waitlist. Please join the official Space mailing list to stay in the loop on show announcements and large ticket drops.
In rare occasions, we do release additional tickets at the door, but we won’t do so until after the show has started due to capacity and fire code standards. If you live in the area, you’re welcome to stop by and check in with our box office staff, but there are no guarantees.
