WHAT WE’LL DO
We will do everything in our power to help keep you safe. If any person engages in harassing behavior, we will work with and support victims. We may take any lawful action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to warning the offender, asking the offender to leave our premises, physically removing the offender, or contacting local resources or authorities. Our bartenders and house staff have the absolute authority to refuse service to any guests exhibiting unsafe, disorderly or drunken behavior. If alcohol or suspected drug use is physically impairing patrons we may ask them to leave the premises. We always allow guests an opportunity to leave with dignity, in instances that do not directly jeopardize safety. We will do everything in our power to ensure guests have access to adequate hydration, a safe way home and medical intervention if deemed necessary.
PLEASE TAKE CARE OF EACH OTHER
Our community is a caring one. Alert one of our staff members if you notice a dangerous situation, someone in distress, or violations of this code of conduct, even if they seem inconsequential. We strive to keep each other safe.
